A $4 Million Open Class Action Settlement has been reached with All-Clad over their dishes and cookware. The All-Clad class action lawsuit alleged that there was fraudulent advertising, and All-Clad agreed to settle out of court.

The class action lawsuit was filed after numerous customers reported that their All-Clad D3, D5, and LTD cookware suffered damage when cleaned in a dishwasher, despite the company's claims that the products were dishwasher safe. The lawsuit accused All-Clad of false advertising, breach of warranty, and violation of consumer protection laws.
LinktreeThe settlement covers consumers who purchased All-Clad D3, D5, or LTD cookware between November 2007 and September 2021. Under the agreement, All-Clad does not admit to any wrongdoing but has agreed to compensate affected customers.
Eligible consumers can choose from two compensation options: a cash payout of up to $250 per household or a 25% discount voucher for All-Clad products. The actual amount of compensation will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.
